Objection handling for Amazon sellers

In under 2 minutes you'll learn how to overcome the top 3 supplier objections

Objection:

"We don't sell to Amazon sellers"

Response:

I understand, and I don’t blame you since 95% of Amazon sellers are pretty much clueless.

That’s unfortunate though since I have a PO here ready to go.

I have a call scheduled with Competitor 1 but I wanted to give you the opportunity for the business first.

What needs to be done to get this order pushed through today?

Objection:

"We require a brick & mortar storefront"

Response:

Got it, may I ask why that’s the case?

I realize that this is a strict requirement for many manufacturers but at the end of the day if I’m able to buy just as much (or more) than one of your brick & mortar dealers, what would the difference be?

I’m planning to get in touch with Competitor 1 if for some reason we're unable to work together here.

Objection:

"Your order is lower than our MOQ (Minimum Order Requirement)"

Response:

I understand. The reason for the lower order is so that we can test the market.

Typically, once we sell through the first order we’re able to come back and place a much larger follow up order.

Knowing that we’ll be ramping up our business with you over time, what sort of exception could be made?

These are by far the most common objections you'll get.

If you can overcome these then you can overcome almost any objections.
